Lot C-1 of the Principio Business Park is Taking Shape

The warehouse on Lot C-1 of the Principio Business Park in North East, MD, is taking shape! The exterior concrete wall panels have been completely installed using a portable onsite concrete batch plant, and the center core structural steel, roof decking and rubber roof are complete. On the exterior, the storm water management retention ponds are finished and the main entry road has been paved. This project is anticipated be wrapped up in December.
