Governor Hogan Breaks Ground On New I-95/Belvidere Interchange In Cecil County

On Saturday, October 15, 2022, Governor Hogan broke ground on a new I-95/Belvidere Interchange In Cecil County, MD. A much-needed addition to foster safety and growth for the Cecil County region, this new interchange at Belvidere Road and I-95 will be constructed next to York Building Products’ Belvedere Sand & Gravel facility. The project is a partnership between the MDTA, Cecil County, and Stewart Properties, in coordination with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The interchange is expected to open in 2025.
